Tabata training

Tabata workout is a form of high intensity interval training designed to get your heart rate up in that very hard anaerobic zone for short periods of time. One of the main benefits of Tabata training is training all of your energy systems, which is usually not achievable by normal cardio classes.

Circuit training

An intense full-body interval training that develops muscle strength, explosiveness and flexibility. It consist of several stations where each station includes different exercise.

Cross gym

set in open space on our first floor, cross gym aims to completely train the whole body, improve physical fitness and build lean muscle. The class is an spin off of circuit training consisting of elements of athletics, weightlifting, rowing and gymnastics.
